RSVP is committed to training church leaders. Don Egan regularly speaks to groups of leaders both in the UK and Africa.
In Rwanda, the genocide wiped out a generation of church leaders. The lack of properly trained leaders in Rwanda has led, in many places, to leaders mixing Christianity with traditional Africa religion with tragic consequences.
RSVP holds annual leadership conferences in Rwanda every year. The cost of each delegate's attendance is sponsored by RSVP.
